     One day, on the third week of September of 2005, a group of Brethren all sons of Jacob ZOBEL MEMORIAL LODGE No. 202 were huddled in a caucus at the office of Brother Maverick Evangelista at Pacific Data Resources Incorporated in Makati City. Present were Brothers Maverick Evangelista, Francisco ISIP, ANGELITO IYA, Anthony Hernandez, RONALDO Asuncion, Jaime Miguel, Rommel Garcia and Romeo Velasco, among others. The agenda of the caucus on that fateful day did not include the idea of putting up a lodge in Pasay City. A brother just broached the idea and the brethren present found it worth considering. The question s to what to name the Lodge brought everybody to its feet. The incumbent mayor of Pasay City at the time, was the Honorable WENCESLAO “Peewee” Trinidad III, whose name rang a clear and distinct bell and one of the Brethren present, Brother Francisco ISIP, mentioned that once upon a time in 1924-1925, there was a Grand Master whose name was WENCESLAO Trinidad, prominently known in BATANGAS but who was also prominently known in government during his time. It was then agreed that such a lodge bearing that name perhaps should be instituted in Pasay City. And so it was that the lodge would be known as WENCESLAO Trinidad Memorial Lodge. At this point, WB Romeo Velasco, PM, volunteered to research on how to form the Lodge. This quick decision was very much accepted with enthusiasm and excitement by the brethren and then the final question of whom the charter master would be was brought up. Brother Francisco ISIP suggested that Brother HORACIO Gonzalez, PM, became the Charter Master of the Lodge, WENCESLAO Trinidad Memorial Lodge UD, who, at first declined as he had just finished his term as Lodge Master and at the same time would be serving as Grand Lodge Inspector for the year. The brethren, in unison, said that no one, it seemed, had the capacity and zeal to undertake such a menu mental undertaking and so the brethren prevailed upon Brother HORACIO Gonzalez, to accept the nomination. There were 45 Master Masons in good standing, which signed up as Charter Masters. Most Worshipful Romeo A. Yu, Grand Master of Masons in the Jurisdiction of the Philippines, recognized and approved the creation of WENCESLAO Trinidad Lodge, and presided, the ceremony of institution held at the Scottish Rite Temple in August 2006. The lodge under dispensation labored to gather petitions which were forwarded to the Grand lodge and the first petitioner whose name was submitted, approved and eventually was initiated, passed and raised was Brother VALENTIN DELA Cruz followed by Brothers JUNBEE PASADILIA, Alexander Bergman, ROFEL “Ding” Tamayo and MELCHOR Puno. Finally, as December of 2006 was fast approaching, WENCESLAO Trinidad Memorial Lodge UD, labored to meet its own deadline of accomplishing all PAPERWORKS and reports for the purpose of submitting the same to the Grand Lodge of the Philippines and meet the deadline of the fast approaching Grand ANNUAL Communication in April 2007, which resulted to the birth of WENCESLAO Trinidad Memorial Lodge No. 365. Eventually the lodge was constituted in May 2007, and presided by the then incumbent Grand Master, MW Jaime Y. Gonzales. Following the Rite of Constitution, the installation of the new set of officers for the year 2007-2008, followed, with Bro. Francisco C. ISIP elected as Worshipful Master.

      WENCESLAO Trinidad Memorial Lodge 365 was founded to give honor and homage to one of the most distinguished Grand Master of the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of the Philippines, no other than, MW WENCESLAO L. Trinidad. HENSE, the logo bearing his name. The Lodge was constituted in May 2007, presided by MW Jaime Y. Gonzales. The year of constitution is depicted by the roman numerals MMVII in the logo.
