On June 22, 2013, TUGUEGARAO Lodge No. 408 was constituted as Regular Lodge of Master Mason through a Charter granted by the Most Worshipful Grand Lodge of Free and Accepted Masons of the Philippines. The lodge started under dispensation granted on December 2011 by Most WORSHIPFUL JUANITO P. ABERGAS. Finding manifest necessity and propriety, he granted dispensation to form a new lodge the TUGUEGARAO LODGE U.D. During the 2012 Annual Communication, the Lodge was not granted a Charter, instead a continuance of the dispensation was given. The extended dispensation was granted by the Most Worshipful Santiago Gabionza. The officers were WB Tito DC BARCELLANO, as UD Master, Bro. Demetrio B. CORSINO as Senior Warden and Bro. Miller C. TANGUILAN, as Junior Warden. During the period of the dispensation first granted, the lodge has proven itself commendable to become a regular lodge. After the SAID period of the extended Dispensation, the lodge was given a number as a regular lodge during the 2013 Annual Communication of the Grand Lodge under the leadership of the Most Worshipful JUANITO ESPINO JR., Thereafter, LODGE, was constituted as a regular lodge on June 22, 2013. Most Worshipful, JUANITO G. ESPINO, JR., assisted by the Grand Line Officers of the Masonic District RII-C and the RII-B, conducted the solemn constitution ceremonies. The same held at Valero Hall, Valley Hotel, PENABLANCA, Cagayan, DURING the same event, the first officers, of the lodge was installed. The three lights were WM Demetrio B. CORSINO SW TEOGENES T. ABRIGO, JW MILLER C. TANGUILAN.

The three STARS– RERESENTS the three Philippine Islands – Luzon, VISAYAS and Mindanao. Background Blue color- denotes the official color of freemasonry. THE ACACIA LEAVES-REPRESENTS, the 26 charter members of the lodge. The CABLETOW-signifies, that the lodge members are bound by a strong Mystic Tie.
