Timberland Lodge No. 219
The Name
This lodge was named Timbrland because it is located in the heart of a lumber region in Mindanao.
The Lodge
On October 28, 1977, Grand Master Calixto 0. Zaldivar, on the petition of forty-two brethren from Agusan Valley Lodge No. 160, Mt. Musuan Lodge No. 155, and Maguindanao No.40, issued a dispensation authorizing them to organize a lodge in San Francisco, Agusan del Sur to be named Timberland Lodge. From the date of the dispensation up to the holding of the annual communication of the Grand Lodge in April 1978 the founders were able to hold six meetings, initiate and pass one candidate and take in four new members.
Satisfied with the performance of the lodge, the Grand Lodge granted it a permanent charter on April 28,1978 and assigned to it number 219.
